Windows could not finish configuring the system. To attempt to resume configuration, restart the computer.

This  error  keep  occurring  even after you restart the system.

Solution:

Press  "Shift+F10"

Type:  “Cd c:\windows\system32\oobe”  then press enter

Type: msoobe.exe
